The popular summer running races in Menorca are framed within the XXVI SUMMER RUNNING LEAGUE FOR ALL 2025 - Gran Premi Consell Insular de Menorca, which consists of a league by score.
Art 1. The Delegation in Menorca of the FAIB (Athletics Federation of the Balearic Islands), together with the Consell Insular de Menorca and all the town councils of Menorca, organizes the XXVI SUMMER RUNNING LEAGUE FOR ALL 2025, which have a total of 11 races plus the final.
Art 2. In order to participate and have sports accident insurance coverage, it is mandatory to register for the Summer Running League. Once the registration has been formalized for a race, it will not be necessary to sign up again for the next race you want to participate in.
Art 3. At the time of registration you will be assigned a bib number and you will have to keep and maintain your number for all races where you participate.
Art 4. The competition has to be made in accordance with the road regulations of the Balearic Islands Athletics Federation for the 2025 season.

Art 5. The categories of the popular summer races in Menorca 2025 are as follows:
ELITE CATEGORY: It includes a set of categories (U-20, U-23, senior and veterans); it is only mandatory for the senior category (federated athletes), in the other categories (U-20, U-23 and veterans) is free choice.
NON-FEDERATED ATHLETES: Non-federated athletes can choose between participating in the popular category, which includes all ages (born in 2007 and earlier), or in the federated category corresponding to their date of birth.
Art 6. Within the categories listed in the XXVI Summer Running League for All 2025, each organizer (City Council) may establish the categories it deems appropriate for each race, provided that it informs the judge well in advance.
Art 7. In each popular race there may be several starts depending on the registrations made and the routes planned for each category. The committee of judges of the race has to determine the races that take place and which categories participate according to those established by the organizer, and has to communicate it 15 minutes before the start of the races.
The races will be held with the following approximate example schedule:
Art 8. The race course will be determined by the race organizer, and will be marked and fenced to traffic at the time of the race.
Art 9. For the registrations, the online system will be promoted in preference to any other system. Registrations can also be made in the finish line area before the race.
The delivery of bibs will take place up to 30 minutes before the start of the races, when you will receive a bib number, which will be the same for the twelve races that are scheduled. This number will be personal and non-transferable and will be the one that identifies each athlete in each of the races in which he/she takes part. Once registered in one of the races it will not be necessary to re-register for the next race in which he/she participates, he/she will only have to wear the corresponding bib number and pick up the chip to take part.
9.1. Each participant will have 2 bibs for the entire league. If a participant requests a third bib, he/she will have to pay the amount of 1 € as a bib fee.
Art 10. Scoring and classification. The classifications will be made by time and will be by category and individual, even if they are disputed within the same race.

11.2. In the final race of the XXVI Summer Running League for All 2025:
To be eligible for a prize, you must have participated in a minimum of three races in addition to the final.
Art 12. Security:
12.1. Each organizer must ensure the safety of the event, which will be covered by the competent authorities of the place of the event (Local Police, Guardia Civil de Tráfico, etc.). The event must also have the necessary medical assistance services.
12.2. The FAIB ensures that each runner has sports accident insurance.
Art 13. The control of the race is in charge of the FAIB judges committee, who are in charge of the control and the official classifications of the race.
Art 14. The timing system will be done using the ChampionChip system, which EliteChip makes available to the participants. At the time of registration, a white chip is given to the runner together with the race bib. This chip is the one that will identify the runner in each race and must be placed in the shoe with flanges, reusable adhesive tape or the same laces of the shoes. Incorrect placement of the chip or failure to pass over the reader pads means not appearing in the rankings.
14.1. All white chips must be returned at the end of each race in order to activate them again for the next competition. In the next popular race in which you participate you will only have to go to the registration table to get them, where they will be sorted and classified to be able to use them again.
14.2. The loss or non-return of the chip implies to pay 9 € for the cost of the chip..
Art 15. For all situations not foreseen in these regulations, the FAIB route regulations must be taken as a reference.
Art 16. All claims must be accompanied by a deposit of 60 € and must be made in writing and within a maximum period of 30 minutes, counted from the time the official results are published. In the event that the claim is not valid, the claimant will lose the money deposited.
Art 17. The simple fact of taking part in the race implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as other provisions that for any reason may be determined by the organization. The organization is not responsible for all situations or actions that may occur outside its competence or for which it is not directly responsible.
